The U.S. Postal Service is the only delivery service that reaches every address in the nation: 160 million residences, businesses and Post Office Boxes. The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations. The newly redesigned USPS brand will hope to increase awareness by empowering our customers and welcoming them to the new ideal delivery experience.
When I came to the U.S., USPS felt like the most friendly, neighborly presence to me, and over the past four years, I've built a lot of trust in it. Since I send out many important mails, USPS's image is particularly significant to me. I believe USPS has the potential to become even more advanced, especially in relation to crucial events like voting.

Spatial experience
This piece is made with hundreds of faces from people across the United States using mosaic coding. When you submit it to the mailbox, you will see a "Thanks for Voting" message from USPS at Rockefeller Center at the end of December.
The letter is transparent, allowing you to see inside the translucent envelope. As the QR code scans your ID, it will become part of the spatial experience.
In this spatial experience, I’ve included contributions from our ArtCenter alumni.
